Terms of use

Purpose

These terms govern the use of the trailic.com website, published by FAKGROUP. They do not cover the Trailic software, which is governed by its licence. No hosted service exists at this time.

Access to the site

The site is accessible free of charge. We may modify, suspend or discontinue it at any time, in particular for maintenance.

The software

The Trailic software is distributed under the AGPL-3.0 licence: you may use, study, modify and redistribute it under its terms. If you install it yourself, you are responsible for operating it, and in particular for what you collect on your sites and what you tell their visitors about it. It is under construction: it is provided without warranty, as its licence states.

Intellectual property

The content of the site (text, visuals, logo) belongs to FAKGROUP, unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction that could suggest an official service is prohibited without permission.

Liability

The information on the site is provided for guidance only and may change as the software evolves. Articles on privacy law are general information, not legal advice. Links to third-party sites (GitHub, Vercel…) lead to services whose content we do not control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris. For any question: contact@fakgroup.co.
