The trailic.com website
Audience measurement
Pages visited and a few actions on them, with country, device and browser type, are measured by a self-hosted Trailic, with no cookies and no identification of visitors.
Cookies
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Your theme preference (light or dark) is kept in your browser’s local storage and is not transmitted.
Technical logs
Like any host, Vercel, which hosts the site, processes technical data (IP address, browser, pages requested) to deliver the pages and keep the service secure.
Contact
The site contains no form that collects personal data. If you email us, we use your message and your contact details to reply to you, on the basis of our legitimate interest in handling the requests we receive, and keep them for no more than three years after our last exchange. What you write in a GitHub issue is public and subject to GitHub’s terms.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability. Write to us at contact@fakgroup.co; we respond within one month. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
Transfers outside the European Union
Vercel Inc. is established in the United States. The resulting transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, under which Vercel is certified, and on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
